Thq Nordic Developers present CRPG shipments: Rome

THQ Nordic organized its showcase to celebrate its tenth anniversary and the development team behind shipments: Rome gave a glimpse of the game, including its cool elements and what distinguishes it from the crowd. The Shipping Series started in 2013 with shipments: Conquistador and continued in 2017 with shipments: Vikings. Games take players in a trip as real leaders to different times in history.

Jonas Waever, Creative Director, and Sonat Ozturk, main producer, took advantage of the showcase to discuss the game. Expeditions: Rome is located in the Roman Republic at the time of Julius Caesar and puts the players in the position of a Roman In exile, which must seek refuge in a legion. From there, players must climb the levels of the Legion. As a strategic RPG, the fight takes place on the familiar hexagonal grid.

Each unit has its own skills, allowing more tactical freedom and experimentation to see what works best against barbaric hordes. As RPG, shipments: Rome gives players a story based on real events and the actions of players have consequences. The developers emphasized the importance of decisions made throughout the adventure. Will you make good decisions?

The game is the biggest to date, which means there will be a ton of improvements, options and more as players progress.

The music of the game brings together the various cultures present in the game and completes the gameplay.

Shipments: Rome does not have a confirmed release date, but fans can wish it on Steam here. Both shipments: Conquistador and shipments: Vikings are on sale at 75% off STEAM.
